Your competitors offer free equipment. Why don't you? Most "free equipment" offers are designed to lock you to your merchant processor. (Similar to the "free" phone offers you get with a cellular service contract.) These "free" offers get expensive if you're not satisfied with the service and wish to change providers. We'd like to think that our price and service are good enough that we can earn your loyalty without gimmicks. So we don't try to lock you in by offering so-called freebies upfront. We sell all our equipment to you at our WHOLESALE COST. It's a good deal for you that gives you flexibility and control, and it keeps us on our toes!

How do I get paid when I make a Credit Card sale? The proceeds of your credit card sales are credited directly into your checking account.

Do I need a dedicated checking account to accept payment? If your business operates as a corporation, yes, a business checking account is required. If your business is a sole proprietorship or partnership, the only requirement is that the individual or partners' name(s) must be on the account.

How long will it take for me to receive my funds? Your funds will be deposited into your account within 24-48 hours which is the standard for all processors.

If I have problems with my terminal or other equipment, what sort of support will I receive? We supply all new and refurbished equipment with a five year warranty on the terminal and a one year warranty on the printer mechanism. After any factory warranty has expired you may utilize our equipment exchange program. If it is determined that your terminal needs repairs, a replacement version of the same model will be sent within 24-hours. In most cases we can ship your replacement terminal pre-programmed and ready for immediate use.
