We have been in the merchant processing business since January of 1999.
Alipse is now a nationwide company headquartered Driggs, Idaho, a small
mountain town in the shadow of the Teton range. We love the mountains,
and the small town environment allows us to employ and retain some of
the friendliest and most helpful customer service staff that you’ll find

Tom My first experience with merchant processing was as a merchant myself. As a restaurant owner I became dissatisfied with my bank processor's high fees and lack of customer service. I began to seek a better way and in the process soon discovered that local banks were not my only option for processing my credit card transactions. The more I researched the industry the more I realized I could help other businesses like mine by entering the card processing business. So In 1998 I founded Ivan Merchants, today known as Alipse. My commitment was to offering card processing backed by integrity and unmatched service. Now, 10 years of growth later, I am proud to say that our entire organization is committed to those same basic principles. Rebecca When I joined the Alipse Merchants' team, I brought along with me a strong background in customer service and support as well as enthusiasm and dedication. Part of my role at Alipse Merchants is to train new sales consultants. I work very hard to ensure our consultants have strong product knowledge, but what I enjoy most is instilling the desire to provide excellent customer service. My goal is to have every sales consultant ready to meet all of your processing needs. That means being able to offer you the most appropriate rate platform, recommend the best credit card processing terminal, introduce you to on-line reporting or set-up your business for internet processing. |

Liz For me, writing a bio is a very difficult task. On the other hand, financials, tax preparation, balancing, reconciling, remittances, receivables... are a piece of cake. (I also pay the employees, which keeps them happy!) My true passions are being outdoors and being active, spending as much time with my family as possible, or traveling to exotic places guided by non-english speaking natives. That is why I am committed to being thorough, efficient, and conscientious. Besides being in my nature to do a great job, it allows me more time to do more of the things that are important to me! Reed I have been with Alipse Merchants for nearly 8 years and have worn many different hats along the way. Currently, I manage the Stored Value Products department. This is an ideal situation for me as I have the opportunity to work in graphic design. I also enjoy developing close working relationships with our merchants as I help them design unique and interesting personalized gift cards. I am also proud of being able to print the cards we design. It allows us to offer the lowest minimum quantity in the industry (50 cards)!! Whether creating products for merchants to display their gift cards, streamlining enrollment and printing procedures, or brainstorming new promotional avenues, I get a tremendous sense of accomplishment in providing a program that generates positive results for our merchants.
